How Your Hours Work
- Hours allot each month and schedule to your care plan.
- Rollover: Up to 10% of your monthly hours carry into the next month, then expire.
- Overage: Hours beyond your plan are billed at that plan’s Essential rate.
Premium Time & Specialized Care
- Overnight, weekend, and holiday hours add +$4/hr.
- Dementia care or two-caregiver needs add +$4 to $6/hr, confirmed at your assessment.
- No intake fee. None. Your assessment is free. No minimum visit. None. Hours schedule to your care plan.
